QUEST3+ Does not Allow Special Character in File Name for Attachment

Please avoid using any special character such as ',(,),[,] & etc in attachment's PDF file name to avoid failure while uploading. Remove any special character in the filename and try reupload. Most user fail to upload attachment because QUEST3+ system prevent uploading any file name with special characeter
