Quality Reporting on Registered Products
1. Verify Product Registration Status
Before making a report, it's important to determine if the product is registered with the NPRA.
-
How to Verify:
-
Visit the QUEST3+ Product Search.
-
You can search by product name, registration number (e.g., MALXXXXXXX), or other details.
-
A product is considered registered if it appears in the QUEST3+ database with an active status.

-
Please report these cases directly to Sistem Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SISPAA).
