Bagi tujuan penyelarasan, bermula 01 Mac 2017, semua permohonan berikut hanya boleh dipohon menggunakan sistem Quest3+:-

1. Lesen Pengilang
2. Lesen Mengimport
3. Lesen Pemborong
4. Senarai Tambahan
5. Sijil APB
6. Pemeriksaan APB Bukan Rutin (kecuali farmaseutikal)

Sehubungan itu, permohonan dan bayaran secara manual tidak akan diproses oleh NPRA.

Announcement: Application for Manufacturer License, Import License, Wholesaler License, Additional Product List, GMP Certificate and Non Routine GMP Inspection by Using Online Services System Quest3+

For the purposes of coordination, starting March 1, 2017, all these applications can only be applied using the system Quest3+,

1. Manufacturer License
2. Import License
3. Wholesaler License
4. Additional Product List
5. GMP Certificate
6. Non-routine GMP Inspections (except for pharmaceutical)

Hence, application and payment will not be processed manually by the NPRA.
