Please be informed that as part of our effort to streamline our services to the industry, any application for verification of translated official documents submitted to the Centre for Compliance and Licensing (PKP), NPRA is required to use application form BPFK 505 - Borang Permohonan Verifikasi Terjemahan Dokumen Rasmi which came into effect on the date of this announcement.
