Cold Chain Facilities List

Importers / Wholesalers:

The NPRA's Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Section inspectors conducted the Cold Chain Facility Inspection on importers and wholesalers that handle Time- and Temperature-Sensitive Products (TTSP). These inspections are performed upon request and on a routine basis to evaluate the compliance of the importers and wholesalers towards the Malaysia Guideline on Good Distribution Practice.

Following an inspection, the NPRA issues a report that outlines any identified deficiencies. Companies must respond with a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan detailing their corrective measures and expected completion dates. Once the CAPA submissions are reviewed and the company is deemed compliant, the companies are added to the Cold Chain Facilities List. This list remains valid subject to any regulatory changes.

This list includes facilities inspected since 1 October 2021. Facilities inspected before this date may also handle TTSP if their Import or Wholesaler's License states ‘Syarat Lesen (Mengimport / Memborong Keluaran Rangkaian Sejuk)’.
