ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ASEAN ACCSQ TMHS PWG 2019

We are pleased to inform you that the registration for The 32nd ASEAN Consultative Committee For Standards and Quality (ACCSQ) Traditional Medicines and Health Supplement Product Working Group (TMHS PWG) Meeting in Royale Chulan Damansara Hotel, Petaling Jaya from 4th-8th November 2019 is opened now.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Representatives from government, ASEAN pharmaceutical industry, ASEAN pharmaceutical associations and other stakeholders, who are based in ASEAN and endorsed by the respective Heads of Delegations may attend the PWG Meetings as observer.
2. Registration fee will include materials, refreshments, lunches and welcoming dinner ( hotel accommodation and transportation are not included).
3. On-site registration/payment is not acceptable.
4. All payments should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) for local participants and US Dollar (USD) for international participants.
5. Registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
6. Please note that all related bank and financial charges are to be borne by the participants and are not to be deducted from the fees payable to the Meeting
7. Participation will not be guaranteed if found that the person is not being endorsed by their respective Heads of Delegations and registration fee not fully paid.
8. A receipt will be sent via email to confirm your registration once the full payment has been received
9. ALL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE TO MPS BY 15th OCT 2019 extended to 30th Oct 2019 PRIOR TO REGISTRATION FORM SUBMISSION.
