Dear Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) Reporters, NPCB failed to receive reports on 5-15 September and 9 October 2014 due to technical error with our email, fv@bpfk.gov.my.
Kindly resubmit the ADR report(s) sent on the dates mentioned above to fv@bpfk.gov.my.
