PEMAKLUMAN : PEMULIHAN SISTEM QUEST3+

NPRA ingin memohon maaf atas sebarang kesulitan yang dialami semasa gangguan capaian sistem yang berlaku pada 7 - 14 November 2025. Masalah teknikal tersebut telah dikenal pasti dan kini dipulihkan secara berfasa.

Mohon ambil maklum, satu sesi penyelengaraan susulan akan diadakan pada 21 November 2025 pada pukul 11.00 pagi - 3.00 petang.

 

Untuk makluman, data yang kini terpapar hanya sehingga 6 November 2025. Bagi sebarang data yang dimasukkan bermula/pada 7 November 2025 dan ke atas, pengguna dikehendaki mengambil maklum perkara-perkara berikut:

  1. Kemas Kini Data
    Proses kemas kini data telah terhenti bermula/pada hari Jumaat, 7 November 2025 pukul 3.00 pagi. Pihak kami sedang dalam usaha untuk mendapatkan semula maklumat/sebahagian maklumat yang terjejas. Oleh itu, kami memohon supaya pihak tuan/puan menunggu sehinnga selesai sesi penyelengaraan susulan (20 November 3.00 petang) sebelum membuat penghantaran semula bagi mengelak isu data berulang.

  2. Permohonan Melibatkan Bayaran
    Bagi permohonan yang melibatkan bayaran bermula/pada 7 November 2025 dan ke atas, pengguna boleh memaklumkan perkara tersebut melalui tiket aduan.
    Rekod bayaran boleh disemak melalui Payment History , dan pihak ICT akan mengemas kini status produk kepada PAID setelah pengesahan diterima.

  3. Permohonan Tanpa Bayaran (Perubahan Status Sahaja)
    Bagi permohonan yang tidak melibatkan bayaran dan hanya memerlukan kemas kini status, pengguna boleh membuka tiket bagi membolehkan pihak ICT menyemak data terdahulu dan mengemas kini status data berkenaan.

NPRA would like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced during the system access disruption that occurred from 7–14 November 2025. The technical issue has been identified and is currently being restored in phases.

Please be informed that a follow-up maintenance session will be carried out on 21 November 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

 

However, please be informed that data can only be retrieved up to 6 November 2025. Therefore, for any data submitted after 7 November 2025, users are required to take note of the following:


1. Data Update

The data update process was interrupted starting Friday, 7 November 2025 at 3:00 a.m. We are working to recover all or part of the affected information. Therefore, we request for applicant to wait until the follow-up maintenance session is completed (20 November, 3:00 PM) before resubmitting any data to avoid duplicate or conflicting entries.

 

2. Applications Involving Payment

For applications involving payment after 7 November 2025, users can notify the matter through a suppport ticket.

Payment records may be verified via Payment History, and the ICT team will update the product status to PAID upon confirmation.

 

3. Applications Without Payment (Status Change Only)

For applications that do not involve payment and only require a status update, users may submit a ticket to enable the ICT team to review previous data and update the relevant status
